The Illustration Pipe was an excellent site. A freelance graphic designer tasked us with building an online portfolio. The design was minimalist and generally greyscale. When we built the site, we had many challenges to overcome. It was a transfer from an online website builder to a new WordPress installation. In the preexisting portfolio, the images were found to be impossible to get from the backend. That meant the only way to get them was to manually download each image. We were able to jump this hurdle by developing custom yet reusable software to complete the task.
